Garden rooms are my main focus. These buildings are fully insulated, connected to mains electricity with a certificate of conformity, feature EPDM rubber roofs (50-year lifespan), double glazed uPVC French doors (and windows where optioned). A fully finished interior with boarded and painted walls, decorative mouldings and laminate flooring are all standard features. I can also offer multiple types of ground preparation should you need it.

More than a shed, but not quite a garden room. Summer houses fill the gap between a basic shed & a garden room. They are incredibly well built, being externally sheathed and coming with EPDM rubber roof's and uPVC double glazed doors are standard. However, they do not feature insulation, electrics, or any type of interior finishing. Summer houses can be turned into a garden room further down the line, or if you are on a budget - you can easily turn a summer house into a garden room yourself.

High quality sheds built from scratch to your exact requirements. These are significantly higher quality than flatpack units found online. Full installation is also included in the price, furthermore, my sheds are usually taller than flatpack units found online - meaning you will get more storage space from one of my sheds compared to a flatpack shed of the same size. A huge range of optional extras can also be added such as windows, mains electric, and boarded walls.
