Garden Rooms
We uniquely build all Garden Rooms on site. Unlike most companies whom mass produce their garden rooms in factories, every single one of our garden rooms is built from the ground up at your home. With the exception of an electrician, we do not out source any of our work. Everything from the ground preparation to the roof is completed by North Devon Home Improvements. We offer a few set styles as seen below, but within reason can build any size you desire!

Summer Houses
A step down from Garden Rooms, Summer Houses do not feature insulation, boarded walls, mains electric, decorative moldings or a painted / finished interior. None the less, summer houses still offer a huge improvements to ones home, offering a space that can make a great man cave, reading room or simply a nice hang out area! We have a couple of set sizes as seen below, but (within reason) can build to any size you desire!

Sheds
Bespoke sheds built on site to exact customer requirements. We have a few set styles as seen below, but (within reason) can build any size required. We can also build small open sided bin / log covers. Just send us an email and we will be happy to discuss your needs!

An incredibly durable shed, built to last a lifetime.
Sat on UC4 treated 4x4" timber and framed with high grade C24 2x4" timber, 18mm thick floor and a 18mm thick roof wrapped in premium polyester felt - this shed is incomparable to flat pack sheds found online.
You will find cheaper elsewhere, but you will not find a higher quality shed anywhere else!
