Garden Rooms
Garden rooms are fully insulated buildings with mains electricity and double glazed uPVC doors (and windows if optioned). A fully finished interior is also included, with boarded and painted walls, skirting board, architrave and coving. Laminate flooring comes standard, and other options are available on request. Most builds are bespoke sizes and options, but we have rendered 3 examples as a pricing guide:

Summer Houses
A step down from Garden Rooms, Summer Houses do not feature insulation, electric or a finished interior. None the less, summer houses still offer a huge improvements to ones home, offering a space suitable for many different uses! We have a rendered a couple of set sizes as seen below for a pricing guide, but (within reason) can build to any size you desire!

Fully bespoke sheds, medium to heavy duty options available. Below are a couple of renderings for a guide on pricing.

UC4 4x4" timber base and walls framed with high grade C24 2x4" timber, 18mm thick floor and a 18mm thick roof - this shed is incomparable to flat pack sheds found online.
